Decidim is a platform for citizen participation, open and safe technology, with all the democratic guarantees. It stands out for its implementation in both local and global terms: from Barcelona City Council, Helsinki or Mexico City, to initiatives such as Som Energia, LaFede or the FAVB.
At the Canòdrom we propose a four-session training on Decidim for technicians in charge of managing a participation platform with Decidim with an applied, practical and problem-solving approach, from a basic and introductory level. We will explain the participatory spaces and components, the operation and potential of the platform. Democracy had never been so real.
Session 1: Introduction. Learn the basics and first steps of administration.
April 19, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Session 2: Assemblies. Create spaces for participation and configure the first actions.
April 26, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Session 3: Participatory processes (1). Prepare calls and collect proposals.
May 3, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Session 4: Participatory processes (2). Manage, assess and accept (or reject) proposals.
