Decidim: From the Begining (September-October Edition)

Decidim is a platform for citizen participation, free and safe technology, with all its democratic guarantees. It stands out for its implementation locally as well as globally: from the Barcelona City Council, Helsinki or Mexico City, to initiatives such as Som Energia, LaFede or the FAVB. Do you want to put it into practice?

At the Canòdrom we propose a four-session training course on Decidim aimed at technical staff in charge of managing a participation platform with Decidim with an applied, practical and decisive approach, from a basic and introductory level. We will explain the participatory spaces and components, the operation and the potential of the platform. Democracy has never been so real.

Session 1: Introduction. Learn the basics and first steps of administration. September 22, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Session 2: The assemblies. Create spaces for participation and configure the first actions. September 22, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Session 3: Participatory processes (1). Prepare calls and collect proposals. September 29, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Session 4: Participatory processes (2). Manage, assess and accept (or reject) proposals. October 6, from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The participation in this training allows you to obtain a certificate of achievement.
