Decidim is a free, open-source citizen participation platform that is secure and offers full democratic guarantees. It is used by institutions such as the Barcelona City Council, Helsinki, and Mexico City, as well as initiatives like Som Energia, LaFede or the FAVB. Would you like to learn how to use it?
At the Canòdrom, we offer a practical four-session training course aimed at technical staff responsible for managing participation platforms. With an applied and solution-oriented approach, and starting from a basic introductory level, we will explore Decidim’s participatory spaces, components, operation, and potential.
Schedule:
Session 1 (February 6): Introduction. Learn the basic concepts and first steps in administration.
Session 2 (February 13): Assemblies. Create participation spaces and set up the first actions.
Session 3 (February 20): Participatory processes (1). Prepare calls and collect proposals.
Session 4 (February 27): Participatory processes (2). Manage, evaluate, and accept (or reject) proposals.
With active participation, you will receive a certificate of completion. In-person training.
Organized by: Canòdrom.
