Barcelona Game Creators, the community of video game creators and enthusiasts of game development, is excited to announce the return of our Desconference event on September 7, just before IndieDevDay kicks off.

What exactly is a Unconference? As the name suggests, it is a non-conference, also known as an Open Space event. In other words, it is a conference organized by the participants themselves. At the beginning of the meeting, we will propose topics that we would like to talk about and discuss. No expertise is required to participate, as the main idea is to tap into the collective knowledge and foster constructive debates on subjects that interest us the most. Any topic related to the creation of video games is welcome.

Once we have gathered the proposed topics, we will organize participants into different groups based on their interests. We may have a couple of rounds of discussions, providing everyone with the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations. And after the event, we'll head out for a well-deserved drink to continue the networking and camaraderie.
