Authorization for the use of personal data and free grant of image rights
By registering for this event, I AUTHORIZE Barcelona City Council to include the personal data collected through this registration in the "Audiovisual Archives and Newsletters" and "Communications" files of the Canòdrom – Digital and Democratic Innovation Hub, which are managed by Barcelona City Council, for the purpose of administering my participation in the activity.
We will use your email address to manage your registration for the sessions and to send you communications related to the Canòdrom – Digital and Democratic Innovation Hub.
I also AUTHORIZE Barcelona City Council to capture my image in photographs and/or audiovisual recordings taken during this event and to use such images in any media or format, including publication on its website and social media channels, free of charge and without any time or territorial limitation, in accordance with Organic Law 1/1982 on the civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy, and one's own image.
Barcelona City Council informs participants that any information, documentation, images, or other materials resulting from the activity may be published on the City's digital platforms under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC BY-SA) license, with collective authorship attributed to the Canòdrom – Digital and Democratic Innovation Hub.
In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data collected will be incorporated into the Participation database, for which Barcelona City Council is the data controller.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by submitting a written request, together with a copy of your national identity document (DNI), clearly stating "Exercise of Data Protection Rights (LOPD)" in the subject line. Requests may be submitted to the General Registry of Barcelona City Council, Plaça Sant Jaume, 1, 08002 Barcelona, Spain, or to any of its decentralized registry offices. You may also exercise these rights by sending an email signed with a recognized electronic signature to hola@canodrom.com.
If, for any reason, you do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings that may be taken during the sessions, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you remain outside the field of view of the cameras or any recording devices.
