Devices and screens have become one more inhabitant of our homes and are often an educational challenge for most of families. In this session, PhD in sociology Liliana Arroyo and family therapist Mireia Planells offer a perspective that contextualizes the opportunities of the digital age with the daily difficulties when it comes to achieving good habits in relation to mobiles, social networks and video games. We also provide practical examples and strategies recommended to families with children and adolescents.
