How could we define success within the video game industry? Perhaps the first image that comes to mind is that of the CEO of a large company, or the independent developer who, thanks to a successful game, becomes a millionaire overnight. However, success can take many more forms, perhaps not as spectacular, perhaps more humble or more every day or more personal, but equally relevant and valid.

Bearing the title 'Redefining Success,' we propose a series of monthly gatherings tailored for women and non-binary professionals and students in the realm of video games. These sessions aim to introduce alternative perspectives on achieving success in this field, diverging from the conventional narratives prevalent in major industry events and mainstream media. This first event will feature five on-site presentations in Spanish. The two in the morning will also be conducted in English via Discord. Additionally, we will enjoy a delicious catering service that is entirely vegan and gluten-free to accompany us during the lunch hour.
