Una d'elles nota que hi ha una signatura en una cantonada de la base, però que en prou feines se'n poden llegir algunes lletres.</p><p>Després de realitzar una cerca per internet, els/les participants troben més informació sobre l'escultura: es diu \"<a href=\"https://www.poblesdecatalunya.cat/element.php?e=9913\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Maternitat</a>\" i és obra de l'escultor de Salamanca Jacinto Bustos, qui signava com Vasallo. És una escultura de pedra, de caràcter figuratiu, amb un perfilat suau i formes arrodonides que es va inaugurar el 1.961. Mostra una mare asseguda, amb els braços oberts en senyal d'acolliment, i un bebè arraulit a la seva falda.
