    All of us play (or have played) some video games. But what are they really? How can we define them?

    Under this premise, the Catalan Institute of Leisure with its brand IndieDevDay and ArsGames have created this forum to give voice to different sensibilities and perspectives, as well as to discuss the origins of video games, debate their meaning, the changes they have undergone in recent decades, and explore the plurality and diversity of the concept and how this definition affects our society.

    Sota aquesta premissa, des de l'Institut Català de l'Oci amb la seva marca IndieDevDay i ArsGames, s'ha creat aquest fòrum per donar veu a les diferents sensibilitats i perspectives, així com parlar dels orígens del videojoc, debatre sobre el seu significat i els canvis que ha patit en les últimes dècades, i també per explorar la pluralitat i diversitat del concepte i com aquesta definició afecta la nostra societat.
