Documentary «Un lugar en la ciudad» - Tardor solidària

Cities are places of inequality: not everyone has the same place, nor the same rights. The documentary «Un lugar en la Ciudad» invites the audience to reflect on how urban life can be collectively redefined from the ground up, through inspiring stories of community strength and collective action in Rosario (Argentina), Santiago (Chile) and Belo Horizonte (Brazil), told in the first person.

After the screening, an open discussion with the documentary’s director, Gabriel Silvestre, and several people from the neighbourhoods surrounding the venue will bring together ideas and perspectives on housing. The discussion will be facilitated by Alicia Jeannin, as part of the «Àgora Efímera» project.
