IND+I Club is a group led by Viladecans to promote reflection and participatory exchange between people interested in the field of industry and innovation. In the reading clubs, various members of the club and invited experts present and comment on books that they consider relevant in terms of innovation and digital transformation.
Program
6:00 p.m. – Institutional Welcome.
6:10 p.m. – Presentation of the IND+I, led by Oriol Estela, economist and geographer, general coordinator of the PEMB and member of the IND+I Consell.
6:20 p.m. – Lectures on innovation. Tested by both authors and readers:
Liliana Arroyo Moliner, doctor in Sociology and specialist in digital social innovation, will present the book Searches: Selfhood in the Digital Age, by Vauhini Vara.
Joana Barbany Freixa, president of the Digital Cluster of Catalonia and director at Page Group, will present her book rehumanizing technology. Claus per a sobreviure com a espècie en l'era digital.
David Rodríguez Borràs, economist, politician and technical secretary of the PEMB, will present the book The Paradox of Benefit, by Jan Eeckhout.
Moderator: Oriol Estela, general coordinator of the PEMB.
8:20 p.m. – Open round of questions and debate.
8:30 p.m. – Closing of the act.
