Workshop: Building the Food of the Future

Participatory workshop where we will explore new narratives and trends in the future of food, focusing on a more sustainable transition that cares for both people's health and the health of the planet.

The activity, part of the Future Food LAB project, aims to generate a participatory diagnosis that helps understand current trends, analyze emerging food innovations, and imagine possible and more sustainable futures.

We will explore key topics such as health, sustainability, and climate protection, with the goal of inspiring change in food systems that promote more conscious, fair, and resilient eating, while driving transformations from the local to the global level.
